I am so excited that you're here! This is where I share my latest sessions, personal photos, and funny life stories. You'll quickly hear about my obsessive cleaning habits, my adorable pup, and probably a little something about fruit pizza (only the best food ever created). So grab a drink (something iced for me... yes, even in the winter), and scroll through the archives!
Last Monday, Joelle and I drove to Chris’s house for a day of fun! We rode four wheelers through the woods, Joelle shot a gun for the first time, and we went to the West Virginia State Fair! I really didn’t take very many pictures, but Joelle took a bunch! I put my camera on AV mode (she hasn’t quite mastered switching the settings in Manual mode when going inside and outside yet, but she’s getting there!!) and let her have at it. It was fun to see all the pictures she took later! So I guess today is a guest post by Joelle ;)
This was the first time Joelle and I had been to a state fair. We’ve only ever been to the county fair around here! It was definitely a lot bigger, and had roughly 5 times the amount of animals, haha. We didn’t ride any rides this year, partly because I’m getting older and wiser which translates to fair rides seeming SUPER sketchy, but mostly because fair rides are ridiculously expensive and not even worth it.
There was a free Luke Combs concert at the fair, which we made it to just in time! We actually had pretty good seats, but I spent most of my time people watching and laughing with Joelle and Chris about what we saw. Honestly concerts are not my thing… I really don’t understand how people get so excited over them! Everybody there just needed to caaaaaalm down, haha.
I did eventually take my camera back for some night pictures :)
