I am so excited that you're here! This is where I share my latest sessions, personal photos, and funny life stories. You'll quickly hear about my obsessive cleaning habits, my adorable pup, and probably a little something about fruit pizza (only the best food ever created). So grab a drink (something iced for me... yes, even in the winter), and scroll through the archives!

The One With The Roller Coasters Wednesday Wrap Up | Vol. 82

October has been crazy already, but the last 5 days especially have been a whirlwind! Friday I photographed Lex & Monica’s wedding at the beautiful Inn at the Old Silk Mill, Saturday morning Chris came and worked on clearing out our backyard (chopping down trees, clearing out brush… manly stuff <3), and on Sunday we drove to Richmond to go to Kings Dominion with Kate and Ron! We really had the greatest time, even though Kate refused to go on some of the roller coasters with us ;) We still love you, Kate!

Just a quick recap on my Fantasy stats… Somehow I am the only undefeated person in the league, with a 5-0 winning streak! I have NO idea how that’s even possible, because this past week I had a 7% chance of winning, and somehow I pulled it out. I was so unconcerned with the games this week, I even had a player on my roster who I knew was injured, but I didn’t feel like taking the time to switch him out. The Lord is blessing my Fantasy team this year, for some very odd reason. Go Team Macaroni & Brees!

Insanity is still insane, but it gets a little easier, yet somehow also a little harder, every day. I really got off track this past weekend (I missed 2 workouts), but I’m slowly catching back up! I’m hoping that by Sunday I’ll have made up for the missed workouts, and I’ll be back where I need to be. These workouts truly are insanity, but I can feel myself getting stronger each time. The stronger I get, the more I try to push myself, and the harder the workouts become.

Quick weather update… IT’S HOT. SO FREAKING HOT. It’s not unusual for it to be in the 80’s and 90’s daily, with humidity topping out around 5000%. Come on fall, get it together and do better.

I cannot believe how quickly this year is flying by, but it’s definitely true what they say – time flies when you’re having fun! And when you’re photographing weddings every weekend. Haha! I only have 3 weddings left this year, and while I cannot WAIT to celebrate with my sweet couples, a break is going to be very sweet. I’m excited to spend time with my family, Chris, his family, and just be able to relax a little!

Kings Dominion was so hot, but it was the greatest day! I rode the Intimidator again and may have blacked out twice… again. The things I do for the thrills, haha!

He is my favorite <3

Have a wonderful week everyone!

How come none of us noticed the creepy skeleton perfectly framed in the background of our group photo?! Lol
